Dr. Carpenter, founder of the Eye & Cosmetic Surgery Center of Nevada, has been serving his patients in the Las Vegas and Henderson, Nevada area for over 10 years.

He is a graduate of the University of Southern California with degrees in Biology, Psychology and a minor with honors in Bioethics. He completed his osteopathic medical school training in Kansas City Missouri, where he graduated cum laude.

He then completed a transitional year of training at the Tucson Medical Center in Tucson, Arizona. Dr. Carpenter finished his three-year ophthalmology residency in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania where he had extensive dermato-cosmetic training as well.

He is an active member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology, the Refractive Surgeons and the Christian Ophthalmology Society. He has numerous published peer review journals, abstracts and a book review. His interests are golf, boxing and surfing.
